Hip Hop culture in Lebanon was born at the end of the 90ies through Aks El Ser, Kitaa Beirut and DJ Lethal Skillz. Since then it has continued to spread fast among the youth who use it to express themselves and find their own voice in an Arab society that is ruled by confessionalism. Directed and produced by the journalist, rapper and radio host Salim Saab, this documentary gives the floor to various artists, rappers, writers, dancers, beat boxers and DJs from the Lebanese scene. |
